充电电池的一些常识
Some common knowledge about rechargeable battery
 
 

 

 第一类 镍镉电池:第一代手机电池,容量较低,有记忆效应,需要经常放电来维持容量,并且制造材料存在环境污染,目前这种电池已基本淘汰。
First category: Nickel Cadmium battery: First generation handset battery, low volume, memory effect. Frequent discharges are needed to keep volume level. Ingredient materials may cause environment pollution. Nickel Cadmium battery has been out of date at present.


第二类 镍氢电池:第二代手机电池,容量较高,无记忆效应,良好的快充性能,循环寿命长,安全性能好,广泛的温度使用范围,制造材料对环境污染很少,人们习惯称其无污染绿色电池。相对成本较低。
Second category: Nickel and hydrogen battery: Second generation handset battery. Higher volume than first generation, no memory effect. Better quick recharge performance, longer circular lifetime, rather good safety performance, broad applied temperature range, little pollution to environment, it is called green battery without no pollution. Cost is relatively low.


第三类 锂离子电池:目前所普遍使用的电池,其优点为:
Third category: Lithium battery: Widely used battery for the moment. Its advantages as follows:

1. 高的能量密度 High energy density.

2. 工作电压高,通常单体锂离子电池的电压为3.6V,镍氢,镍镉电池的电压为1.2V,相差3倍

High working voltage. Electric voltage of single lithium battery is as high as 3.6V, three times as 1.2 V of Nickel and cadmium battery and Nickel and hydrogen battery.

3. 无记忆效应,无需放电,使用时间长

No memory effect, no discharge need, longer lifetime.

4. 循环寿命长

Longer circular lifetime

5. 允许工作温度范围宽。锂离子电池可在—20℃—+60℃之间工作。高温放电性能好。   

More broad applied temperature range. Lithium battery can work ranging from -20 to.+60. Discharge performance is well at high temperature.

6. 无污染,环保绿色电池

No pollution to environment. Lithium battery is green products.

7. 重量轻,体积小,比能量高。

Light weight, small size, high volume.

8. 自放电小

Low self-discharge.


第四类 聚合物电池:是目前一种新兴的电池,由于其具备了较其他各类电池更多的优点,已开始被广泛应用,其优点是:


Forth category: Condensate battery, the newly widely applied battery since condensate battery have more advantages than other kinds of batteries. Its strength as follows:

1. 无电池漏液问题,其电池内部不含液态电解液,使用胶态的固体。

Since there is gelatinous solid substance instead of liquid electrolyte inside condensate battery, problem of electrolyte leakage will not happen.

2. 可制成薄型电池,是其他各类电池所无法达到的。

Condensate battery can be made so slim that is impossible for other categories of battery.

3. 电池可设计成多种形状

Condensate battery can be made in varieties of shapes or appearances.

4. 电池可弯曲变形:高分子电池最大可弯曲900左右

Condensate battery can be bent or to be transfiguration. High molecular battery can be bent maximum 900 or so.

5. 可制成单颗高电压:液态电解质的电池仅能以数颗电池串联得到高电压,高分子电池由于本身无液体,可在单颗内做成多层组合来达到高电压。

Condensate battery can be made single high voltage: liquid electrolyte battery can only reach high voltage by combination of several pieces of batteries in series. Since there is no liquid inside, high voltage can be reached by creating multilayer in one single high molecular battery.

6. 容量将比同样大小的锂离子电池高出一倍

Volume is one time higher than same size lithium battery.

Less size, lighter weight, higher volume
